  • How do I contact you?

  • I contacted you, but never heard back!

    Although we are a teeny tiny team, it's essential to us that we respond to all of our messages and enquiries. If you haven't heard back from us after 1-2 days, please resend us your email, so it is moved to the top of our list.

  • My links haven't arrived! Where are they?

    All of our links are automatically sent to your inbox. Make sure you have checked your spam, and if they're still not there, send us an email, and we will send them to you manually. 

  • Do you accept refunds?

    The short answer is no. However, if you feel unhappy with your order in any way, please send us an email and we would be happy to discuss it with you. Depending on what your issue is, we can refund you.

  • You have falsely advertised the prices!

    All of the prices displayed in our videos are accurate. However, they are 'pp', which means 'per person. We divide the amount per night by the maximum amount of people the property allows.
